Not your Church Basement Craft Fair! 

After last year’s successful event here, we’re returning to the beautiful and airy Social Hall at the South Church on busy Main Street in historic Glastonbury. In addition to our robust event marketing we will place signage along the road for event day drive by traffic.  There is lots of parking in the church lot as well as side street parking for vendors. This is a street level event with three drive up access points for easy vendor load in and load out.

VENDOR SET UP & INSTRUCTIONS 

Booth Fee is $55: payable via Venmo or Paypal and is due within 24 hrs* of acceptance from both MwM & confirmation from Vendor. (payment instructions provided upon application approval) 
*Makers with Moxie group members have up to 14 days to submit payment.

Setup & Space Allowance: You will allocated an 8’x6′ space and need to bring tables/chair and everything else you need that day. Load in (tentative) begins at 8:00 a.m. and must be completed by 9:45 a.m. Please note. This is an easy load in and load out location.

Breakdown: Begins at 3:00 p.m. We require that you stay for the entire duration of the event.

Parking: On-site parking for vendors will be available. 

    Are your products handcrafted by you? If the answer is NO, please do not proceed. We only accept handcrafted artisans and makers.

    Photos — At least one booth and two product or display photos must be included for consideration:

    Marketing Obligation Because this part is critical to our marketing efforts, you will need to review and agree in order to be considered as a Moxie Market vendor. All vendors will be expected to LIKE / COMMENT and SHARE posts within the Facebook event page and market the event via their social feeds. You will also be expected to interact with the MWM Instagram feed. (If you heavily use one social media than the other, be active on your preferred platform)
