Moxie Small Business Saturday @ Parkville Market

We are excited to partner with Parkville Market for 11/26/22 – SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY! Seen as the Quincy Market of Hartford – they are currently putting several million into fully renovating the historic HALL space across from the main market courtyard to be completed this summer. That is where we will host our event.  In addition to the robust market that we do as a group, we will enjoy marketing benefits from Parkville Market’s reach as well! 4,000+ email subscribers and growing! —  plus 21.2K INSTA and 17.1K FB followers. They would post the event on their website, FB, Insta, Insta Stories and send out by email. They have 300 parking spots and have 5,000 visitors on a regular Saturday.

Vendor Application Form




Booth Fee is $90: payable via Venmo or Paypal and is due within 24 hrs* of acceptance from both MwM & confirmation from Vendor. (payment instructions provided upon application approval) 
*Makers with Moxie group members have up to 14 days to submit payment.

Setup: Begins at 9:00 a.m. and must be completed by 10:45 a.m.

Breakdown: Begins at 6:00 p.m. We require that you stay for the entire duration of the event.

Parking: On-site parking for vendors will be available. 

Requirements: Proof of Insurance* and vendor will be assigned stall space that allows for 6′ or 8′ table plus an additional 4′ table if you have one. Vendor brings all their own tables, chairs  etc as needed.
*If you need insurance coverage, see OR we can offer you coverage for the day only at an additional cost of $15 (as opposed to $49 if you arrange it yourself)

Promotional Expectations:  All vendors will be expected to LIKE / COMMENT and SHARE posts within the Facebook EVENT page and market the event via their social feeds. You will also be expected to interact with the MWM Instagram feed.
